Hi everyone.

emerge error: dev-perl/PDL-2.2.1 (needed for the Gimp) fails to emerge with:

<various tests ok>

<some more tests ok>

!!! ERROR: The ebuild did not complete successfully.
And so on, emerge aborts.

This is a new system with the latest packages from 4 days ago. Optimization: 
-O3 -march=i686 -mcpu=i686 -pipe -fomit-frame-pointer.
