[gentoo-dev] USE-List Updated

Hey,

here is the update. It builds a file which contains each available ebuild 
with the used USE-flags in this package. And a file which shows what of all 
the available flags are activated.

I have read that there is a xml for this. But developers could forget to make 
a entry there, so it could be nice to look if all the entries are listed in 
the xml.

Oh no, it's not your mistake. The second version i have prepared but don't
attached. You are right!
I will add it in around one hour. Please wait so long. I running windows
