Due to classwork and a recent harddrive failure I've been out of the Gentoo loop for quite sometime. My new harddrive arrives via fedex on monday so I'm wondering if there a quick and dirty guide to upgrading from 1.0_rc4_pre2 to the current version of portage, etc? Does the latest version of portage support recursive depedency installation? (Sorry if this has been answered before. If so can someone tell me the thread name so I can find it in the archives? I havn't had much luck.) Thanks in advance... ----------------------------------------------------------------- Bruce A. Locke blocke@shivan.org "It's clearly a budget.
