One of our sponsors needs to replace a failing network switch, and this
is going to cause a brief outage for several servers.
When:

Scheduled time is 2009/09/10 03h00 UTC. (20h00 PDT).
Should be less than 30 minutes

The following services to developers will be affected:
CVS/SVN/Git (cvs.g.o, svn.g.o, git.g.o)
LDAP1 - No password changes during the downtime period will work.
