Hello folks,
It's now past 4th July 00:00:01 UTC, and the 2011 council elections
are hence closed. The final turnout was 108 votes out of 246 eligible
voters, i.e. 43.9%[1].
The results will be announced after infra harvests the votes and the
election officials ratify the ballots.
Thanks to all the voters for participating!

1. If someone has ideas on how to increase the turnout, they are
invited to volunteer themselves to the cause :)
