For the curious, the most recent revision of the draft bylaws can be
found at http://xrl.us/iqzyg be sure to read the changelog and TODO at
the end before you comment. (Comments to gentoo-nfp please)
Only article 5 remains for individual scrutiny.
The bylaws are not on this months agenda but some discussion can be
fitted in under Any Other Business.
