Due to retirement these are now up for grabs:

dev-lang/duktape
dev-libs/libcec
dev-libs/libplatform
dev-python/rarfile
dev-python/tvdb_api
media-tv/tvnamer
media-video/handbrake
net-libs/libupnp
net-misc/gerbera
sys-apps/sensei-raw-ctl
x11-themes/kvantum
pkgcheck doesn't report anything radical for these, mostly
PythonCompatUpdates, then a couple of DeprecatedEapis,
DeprecatedEclasses, VariableScopes and UnusedInherits.
