[gentoo-dev-announce] Service EOL Announcement: wwwold.gentoo.org and GuideXML support on dev.gentoo.org

After the successful relaunch of our website earlier this month, we're
continuing the rework of our web sites. As such, the following services
will be discontinued on July 1, 2015:

 - wwwold.gentoo.org
 - GuideXML processing on dev.gentoo.org

The following replacement services are available for contents previously
hosted using the above services:

 - Project Pages can be created on the Wiki [1]
 - Web resources can be hosted on projects.gentoo.org [2]
 - GuideXML pages in your dev spaces can be replaced with HTML pages
   or Wiki pages in your user space.
   (`find ~/public_html -iname '*.xml'` should list potential pages
    in need of a migration)

URL redirects can be requested from infra.

As recent updates on dev.gentoo.org seem to have rendered all GuideXML
processing unusable, I have now disabled the runtime ahead of schedule.

Accessing a GuideXML document will result in a 503 w/relevant error
information. We'd be glad to set up redirects for any migrated contents.

Lacking resources to tackle this problem in any other way, I apologize
for any inconvenience caused by the sudden shutdown.
