As discussed [1] on -dev a while ago, project pages will now be moving
to wiki.gentoo.org.

From now on, you must not create new documents or projects in CVS/on
www.gentoo.org.
Existing projects are asked to move the contents of their project pages
to the Wiki, or to remove outdated contents from CVS. To help this
process, we provide an automatically wikified version of the GuideXML
documents in /proj/.

Please consult the documentation on how to proceed:
http://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Gentoo_Wiki:Developer_Central/Project_pages

Project pages on www.gentoo.org will be removed after the migration.
Maintenance for this legacy service as of now is 'best-effort', no new
features will be added.

Thanks to the projects who have tested the Wiki and to SwifT for
creating the conversion utility.

Also, to those of you who have not yet created or set up their Wiki
accounts, this is your final reminder.
