In light of the upcoming project page move, I'd like to ensure that
everyone has an account and is set up as a developer so that you
actually appear 'in the system' and can be part of projects and herds.

A good number of developers have already created accounts, yet less are
flagged as developer and only a handful have set up their profile/user
pages yet.

So please complete the account setup as outlined in this document:

	https://wiki.gentoo.org/getting-started

This shouldn't take more than 5 minutes.
