Good evening everyone,

I am pleased to announce a new (or rather revamped) QA subproject. The
Devmanual subproject[1] has always been part of the QA team but only a
subset of developers had commit access to it. As of today, the
Devmanual suproject has its own email alias
(devmanual_at_gentoo_dot_org) and *all* developers have commit access
to the git repository[2]. All devmanual bugs will be assigned to this
subproject from now on. If you want to track the bugs feel free to add
yourself to the email alias. Moreover, if anyone is interested in
porting the existing devmanual to a more modern format please feel
free to do so.
