[gentoo-dev-announce] New developer: Tim Harder (radhermit)

Joining us from Corvallis, OR, USA we have Tim "radhermit" Harder. Tim
will be joining us to maintain various packages mostly tied to the
embedded world. He also expressed interest to join vim and infra teams.
It's good to bring some balance by not just recruiting Germans all the
time. Here's stuff he tells about himself:

I've recently finished my Masters degree at Oregon State University
(OSU) where I was developing a custom Linux distribution using
OpenEmbedded and Gentoo for a custom, open, ARM-based platform called
the OSWALD that was designed at OSU.

In terms of software preferences, I'm a hardcore CLI guy so I use a lot
of handy CLI apps (screen/tmux, vim, mutt, eix, atool, etc), lightweight
window managers, and other lightweight apps (such as mpd, bitlbee,
qingy, etc).

I also enjoy photography (especially producing panoramas), music (I'm
mainly experienced on the piano and have been playing around with
writing music using lilypond, rosegarden, and related apps), and many
outdoor activities (running, cycling, hiking, backpacking, etc).
