[gentoo-dev-announce] Last Rites: Many Packages

Cleaning the treecleaner queue and didn't feel the need to spam 
everyone. Please reply to relevant bug numbers with fixes/comments as 
desired. (A note: Due to the number of packages, I made them all for 60 
days for ease of maintenance - if you don't like this, join the 
treecleaner team)
