Meeting will be on Sunday 2017-07-16, 19:00 UTC in the #gentoo-council
channel on Freenode.

Agenda:

1. Roll call
2. Constituting the new council
===============================
 * Deciding on time of meetings, the previous council has been meeting
   on the 2nd Sunday of every month at 1900 UTC.
 * Vote for continuing last council's workflow considering sending call
   for agenda items (2 weeks in advance), sending the agenda (1 week in
   advance) and have the meeting focused, i.e., have major discussions
   on -project ML prior to the meeting
 * Decide who will be meeting chairs for the council period

3.Discussion about the current situation of the stable tree
===============================
Discussion about the current status of the stable tree, and whether it
makes sense to replace GLEP 40 with something reflecting current state
and expectation of Gentoo Developers and users. One possibility here is
re-igniting the efforts of wg-stable with additional members now that
there seems to be further interest in the discussions.

4. Open bugs with [council involvement]
5. Open floor to council members to introduce themselves to the others,
   and/or raise areas of interest for the coming council period
6. Open floor to community
