1. Introduction and roll call (5 minutes)

2. Install functions, default src_install [2,3,4] - ulm (10 minutes)

3. einstalldocs() pre-approval for next EAPI [5,6] - mgorny (10 minutes)

4. Minor architectures stabilisation policy [7,8] - hwoarang (10 minutes)

5. Specification of /var/db/pkg contents [9,10] - blueness (10 minutes)

6. GLEP draft "Prefix with libc" [11,12,13] - heroxbd (10 minutes)

7. Drop support for separate /usr partition [14] - williamh (10 minutes)

8. Open bugs with council involvement (10 minutes)
   - Bug 481202 - Tracker - Documentation or implementation issues
     for dropping of separate /usr support [15]
   - Bug 477030 - Missing summary for 20130611 council meeting [16]
   - Bug 480408 - Add /releases/${arch}/verified tree for tested
     autobuilds [17]

9. Open floor (10 minutes)

As the number of agenda topics suggests that the meeting will take
considerably longer than one hour, we will call time after an hour
and eventually hold another meeting later this month.
