Hi, everyone!

Here are the collected agenda items for the upcoming Council meeting.

1. Roll call.

2. Status of old GLEPs [1].

3. GLEP 66 -> Final (Gentoo git workflow) [2,3].

4. GLEP 65 -> Final (Post-install QA checks) [4,5].

5. manifest-hashes -> BLAKE2 (+ SHA512) [6,7].

6. GLEP 74 -> Accepted (Full-tree verification using Manifest files)
[8,9].

7. EAPI 7 feature/spec pre-approval [10,11,12].

8. Open bugs with Council involvement [13]. Skipping those covered by
other items, those currently open are:

a. #587226 "[PATCH] PMS: Clarify/specify when and how to store
the slot/sub-slot part for equals slot operator" [14]

b. #634406 "larrythecow.org potentially(?) profiting off of Gentoo
mascot's name." [15]

c. #629554 "HPPA arch stabilization problem" [16]

9. Open floor.

Given the length of the agenda, I suspect we're going to go overtime
and/or continue the agenda at a later date.
