 * Complete cleanup and migration to drop requirement of Java 1.4
 * Organize Java packages and applications into proper categories in the
tree, mostly stuff in dev-java going else where

=== OSGi eclass ===
 * Recently committed to tree by our new dev Elvanor
 * Allows for the creates of OSGi compliant jars
 * Requirement for current versions of Eclipse (about to be merged to
tree w/ deps)

===  JUnit 4.x ===
 * Move junit-4.3 to tree first from java-experimental overlay
 * Resolve circular dependency issue with junit-4.4 and it's new
hamcrest deps

=== Contributors, overlay access, etc ===
 * Voice contributors in #gentoo-java for recognition and encouragement
 * Grant overlay commit access, voice, etc after signs of contributions,
along with availability ideally on #gentoo-java
