  Update gcc-4.3 patch to allow compilation with oldish compilers. Bug 249665. Thanks to Debian and their inexhaustable supply of ready-made patches.
  (Portage version: 2.2_rc16/cvs/Linux 2.6.28-rc6 x86_64)
