Stop variable_printer from leaking memory
We are not releasing antlr datastructures so variable_printer leaked
memory. Now valgrind is happy.

Replace boost::scoped_ptr with std::unique_ptr
const std::unique_ptr provides everything that boost::scoped_ptr does so
no need to rely on it.
