  Added:                nmap-no-FORTIFY_SOURCE.patch
  Removed:              nmap-9999-no-FORTIFY_SOURCE.patch
  Log:
  Remove version based condition around einfo. Simplify filecaps message (and make it shell implementation independent). Rename patch (9999 is not a version).
  
  (Portage version: 2.2.18/cvs/Linux x86_64, signed Manifest commit with key A792A613)
