net-misc/openssh: add 10.0_p2

Note that 10.0_p1 == 10.0_p2 upstream [0] but I've taken the opportunity
to "update" to 10.0_p2 to avoid confusing people w/ a "missing update"
on packages.gentoo.org and backport some patches from the V_10_0 branch.
