app-emulation/wine-staging: drop 7.19, 7.22

These are very close to stable wine-staging-8.0, bare lacking some
bug fixes. Should be little reason to keep, please use 8.0 instead.
If you need actual wine-7, then consider wine-vanilla-7.0.x instead.
