+timers can be enabled as follows:

+systemctl enable zfs-scrub-weekly@rpool.timer --now
+systemctl enable zfs-scrub-monthly@datapool.timer --now
+
+Each timer will pull in zfs-scrub@${poolname}.service, which is not
+schedule-specific.
+
