sci-libs/vtk: Revert "dev-libs/pegtl as dependency"
This reverts commit 694ea56635c8bf70407885cca15095fa6694d0fe.
IUSE=all-modules can be considered broken anyway, so there is time for
~arm keywording dev-libs/pegtl.
