kde-apps/kross-interpreters: support for new ruby
ruby26 and ruby27 are added to USE_RUBY, so, it can be
linked against newer ruby versions since now.
As far as I tested, it works flawlessly (at least, in my cases)
Package-Manager: Portage-2.3.82, Repoman-2.3.20
