sys-fs/cryfs: EAPI-7 bump, python3_7
Disable CRYFS_UPDATE_CHECKS
Drop dev-libs/crypto++, 8.2 is bundled upstream
Fix sys-fs/fuse SLOT, bug 673668
Raise dev-libs/boost minimum dep to >=1.65.1
Sync KEYWORDS from latest release
Update LICENSE, bundled scrypt was dropped, add Boost-1.0 for crypto++
