app-emulation/wine-any: update/fix metadata.xml
Fix Upstream references. Add d3d9 as an Upstream.
Use alternative URLs for NTLM WineHQ Wiki pages.
Remove reference to Wine 1.7.55 (has been out of the tree, for months).
