app-emulation/wine-d3d9: update/fix metadata.xml

Fix Upstream references. wine-desktop-common is a seperate package.
Use alternative URLs for NTLM WineHQ Wiki pages.
Remove reference to Wine 1.7.55 (has been out of the tree, for months).

Closes: https://github.com/gentoo-mirror/wine/pull/4
