dev-util/anjuta: 3.22.0 → 3.26.0

Fix infinite loop and crash when updating a project. Fix compilation &
run time warnings. Make builds reproducible. Fix CPU usage when switch
tabs with scintilla editor. Add support for newer vala releases.
