gnome-extra/gnome-boxes: bump to 3.22.4
Remove long gone fuseiso deps, NEWS file says it uses iso-read instead since 3.11.3,
and then in 3.13.90 it dropped that too (probably replaced by new libarchive dep).
Add new libsecret dep, this is new since this 3.22.4 bump.
