livecdfs-update: No tmpfs on /lib/firmware

As of a while ago, we no longer ship a separate firmware tarball, so we
don't need a tmpfs for /lib/firmware anymore, so let's stop mounting
one.  Fixes firmware issues with current minimal install ISOs.
