roverlay/util/dictwalk: dictmerge()

Convert an iterable of iterables with non-unique keys into a dict with one list
per key.

E.g.
[ ( "a", 1, 2 ), ( "a", 2, 3 ), ( "b", 1, 2 ) ]
-> dict( "a": [(1,2),(2,3)], "b": [(1,2)] )
