Time for a new release (2.0.12.2 was released more than six months
ago).

Bugs fixed: 407051, 443024, 449240, 454184,
            455018, 455022, 458536, 478244.

A change was made to the <update_seed> spec file option. Previously,
the argument to <update_seed> was a list of options to pass to emerge.
It is now 'yes' or 'no'. If it is 'yes', then the argument to the
<update_seed_command> option specifies the parameters to pass to
emerge. If <update_seed_command> is left blank, it defaults to

   --update --deep --newuse --complete-graph --rebuild-if-new-ver gcc
