Are there spec files somewhere that are more recent than:

  http://sources.gentoo.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/gentoo/src/releng/specs/2007.1/

There's also:

  http://sources.gentoo.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/gentoo-src/releng/specs/

but that looks even older.
