Hi to all!

I have finished building a new livecd for my students; for this one, I used profile 2006.1 
(the previous one used 2006.0 ).

There's just one problem I noticed:

Inside the livecd, I use gnome 2.16. If I move a window or scroll down with mouse well on firefox, all is going 
very slow.

I have got this problem on "VESA" video driver and "VIA" (the kinds of video cards i can test).

This problem doesn't happen in official livecd, that loads the same driver as my livecd, on those machines.

How do you solved this in GENTOO official livecd?

We don't.

We don't have the problem.  Now, before you ask anything else, I'm going
to point you to our CVS[1], which has *everything* we used to build the
LiveCD.  If it isn't in there, we didn't do it.
