[gentoo-catalyst] next step: stage3

After solving the binutils problem in previous posts to this list, I'm 
finally to stage3...which fails at:
 >>> emerge (22 of 96) sys-apps/man-1.6-r1 to /
....
 >>> md5 src_uri ;-) man-1.6.tar.gz
 * Adding group 'man' to your system ...
 *  - Groupid: 15
/usr/portage/eclass/eutils.eclass: line 729: groupadd: command not found

Do I need to start filing bug reports on all these problems, or am I 
just really really unlucky lately?

There's already a bug for that.  Also, please *ensure* that any bugs you
file are actually catalyst bugs, and not bugs with the packages
themselves (such as the man bug actually being a baselayout bug #113298)
