Nope. It is never expanded. If you mount a 2GB tmpfs, it will always
be 2GB big.
swap only comes into play when you mount, say, a 10GB tmpfs on an 8GB
RAM system. When all RAM is about to be used up, then tmpfs will use
swap for the remaining 2GB.
