I'm sure there is a way to convert the disk image, but if not I'd just do what I'd do with a physical PC - boot up clonezilla and create a disk image (stored via ftp/samba/etc), and then boot it up on the destination VM and restore the image. You'll need to make sure the KVM image is configured using hardware natively supported by windows, since you aren't running the installer. Either that or you could install the virtio drivers or whatever is recommend from vmware so that the image boots up without a fuss on kvm. -- Rich
