Hello,
I'm trying to configure the boot splash image, and I've it but then the
init boot goto console tty1 and then I've to press CTRL+F7 to ingress in
graffic mode. :/
Anybody Know howto resolve this.

Same problem here on one of the two Gentoo boxes, the one with Nvidia
video card. The only solution I found is to remove the boot splash. On
the other box (ATI grahic) no problem. I don't know it the video card is
the reason.

Same here (on a x86 box)
at the time I checked, this was (IIRC) because of a warning shown during boot
I've just added the following line to /etc/conf.d/local.start
/usr/bin/chvt 7
