Here's the error message I got: /opt/mplayer-bin/bin/mencoder-bin: error while loading shared libraries: liblirc_client.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory I've run revdep-rebuild with that library and re-emerged mplayer and I still get this error.
