[gentoo-amd64] emerge madwifi-ng

Hello all,

when I want to emerge madwifi-ng it fails for some reason.
Attached is the build.log, one error I do not understand is: "!!!
Unable to make  KERNELPATH=/lib/modules/2.6.22-gentoo-r1/build all."

Could someone help me with this?

I see you're using a 2.6.22 kernel.  Something has fundamentally changed
within that kernel so that madwifi-ng-0.9.3* will no longer build.
I've had success by stepping outside portage and installing from the
latest madwifi svn, but it's on mactel hardware, and there I'm relying
heavily on overlays and things I've manually installed.
My advice is to either go back to a 2.6.21 kernel for awhile, or use the
madwifi subversion repository.
