The problem seems to be with growisofs:
Executing 'builtin_dd if=/dev/fd/0 of=/dev/hdc obs=32k seek=0'
:-[ PERFORM OPC failed with SK=3h/ASC=73h/ACQ=02h]: Input/output error
Any suggestions how I can fix this error?
Regards
Jan

I've seen errors like this when using scratched RW media. If it happens
with all discs, it may be a drive problem. Either way, it looks like a
hardware problem.

A little late, but I had a similar problem, except it was with cds as
well as dvds. I re-emerged k3b and all was well.
