Hi all,
I have been trying to get ssmtp to work as I had it working when I was x86. I
have read the man page but I can't see how to test the setup.
If I type mail or sendmail I get command not found.
If I type /usr/sbin/ssmtp my account --- nothing happens.
Where do I find information as to the setup and testing of ssmtp?
Thanks for any replies
Paul

Hi Paul,
best way to to is cat - | /usr/sbin/ssmtp -v <receiver@domain>
Type the Mail Body and with <Ctrl>+D.
Now you see the output of the smtp dialog.
The configuration is /etc/ssmtp/ssmtp.conf (look at mailhub)
Best regards Joerg
