	Hi everyone,

For a few days now, my gcc is segfaulting with everything, including
emerging a new gcc.

So, my only option is to rebootstrap from a stage tar balls.

Is it possible to rebootstrap a running system by simply untarring the
desired tarballs and running bootstrap.sh and emerge system|world again
? (Yes gcc from stage tarball works)

Thanks in advance for any response.

Sincerely yours (and happy new years),
Mathieu MILLET.

I believe that is possible, though I haven't tried it personally.
