Hi List,

Has someone successfully built an actual version of iptables ( 1.2.7 |
1.2.8) on alpha?
I can't build it because it loops endlessly in the extensions
directory... I couldn't figure out what's wrong

Thank you for the help

greets

Marc

I just emerged 1.2.8-r2 successfully on alpha. I'd suggest you post a
bug and attach (not inline, please) the build output.

grrrr...I found the problem... All the files in the linux source
directory had a timestamp in the future (Oktober 2023).

I knew though that the alpha platform is 20 years ahead the
competitors:-))
