[gentoo-admin] help emerge/gcc

[gentoo-admin] help emerge/gcc

Hi,

I uninstalled gcc(both versions)...and now when I try to emerge aa package 
or even gcc... the systems gives following error.

Pls advice on how to recover gcc and/or my emerge process.
