All,

I am pleased to announce that espeakup is now in portage.

Espeakup is a small lightweight connector which will allow speakup to
use espeak for software speech synthesis. It would be helpful if people
can test and report bugs to bugs.gentoo.org.

It is available for ~x86 and will be available for ~amd64 shortly. To
use it, you will need to put the following line in
/etc/portage/package.keywords:

app-accessibility/espeakup

Thanks,
