games-action/heroes: fix compilation; update ebuild
Fix compilation on GCC 10 (#708794, patch taken from Debian
https://salsa.debian.org/games-team/heroes/-/blob/master/debian/patches/single-declaration.patch),
update to EAPI 7, minor cleanups.
