fwiw, i'm ok with keeping it too :) The list was originally just to
point that we had 80+ ebuilds in dev-perl that were not deps of anything
(and therefore candidates for the "why can't g-cpan handle these
instead?" line of thinking). Unfortunately my grasp of the english
language failed me when sending it and what I ended up with "here list.
me kick."

For example, there were a number of ebuilds that were added to support
incoming packages that never actually made it incoming (most of those
had bug numbers attached to them).
